Question

Im trying to upload a csv from my crypto tax software but turbotax is not recognizing it.

Im using Koinly to track crypto gains and what not. The only reason Im using turbotax is because it says they are compatible. When I go to upload csv it just spins and loads forever. How do I make it work?

    First, you only want to upload crypto transactions that have a gain/loss; not every transaction needs to be reported.

    If you're using TurboTax Online, I would suggest that you clear your Cache and Cookies and retry your upload.
