Import screen not giving fields to enter log in data to import stock transactions

When I try to import transactions from my Schwab account, I select Charles Schwab & Co. and click the 'continue' button.   But the next screen doesn't have any fields to enter my log in information.  So there is no way to import it.  This also occurs when I click on importing from Fidelity Investments.  This isn't occurring when I try to import from TD Ameritrade.  That comes up with a page where I enter the Account Number and Document ID.  I have closed & reopened TurboTax several times and this is still occurring.  This is with the 2021 TurboTax Premier software.

 

If I can't get it to provide the fields for entry, is there another way to import the data in lieu of manually entering everything?
