There was an update last night that MAY have solved your issue. Make sure you have the most updated software and try again.

Truly disappointed in turbo tax. I've been using it for years. 

Please manually check your return for errors as downloads from investments are not accurately showing on your final return.

if still stuck doing an import or having issues with imported data at this point, suggest deleting it and input manually.  Most 1099s are straightforward to input (tho TT decided to screw up the navigation on desktop version this year).
