In 2019 i was going to be a dependant on my moms taxes but that changed in April. I filed my own taxes. Now the IRS is aking me for a 1095A and the 8962 form but they came under my moms name not mine

What Should I do if the 1095 is in her name with me as a dependant until april of 2019 and she used the form on her taxes?

to give a proper answer why did your dependency status change? I ask because this affects both yours and your mother's filing.
