In my box 12 it has (D 19 131.89). Is that 19,131.89 or just 131.89?

D19 probably means for 2019, and the 19 isn't entered.

IF it was 19,131...then box 1 on your W-2 would be lower than box 5 by at least $19,131.

So...did you make $19k of contributions to your 401k plan in 2019? (unlikely).

Probably just 131.89
