In my federal review, why am I getting the question and asked to correct: "1040/1040SR Wks: Line 11 is too large" ?

This line, which is on the the "Defferal for Certain Schedule H or SE Filers Smart Worksheet" says "Enter the amount to report on Schedule 3 Line 12e"

Is line 10 of the Smart Worksheet negative? If so, you are not eligible to defer any of the Social Security portion of your self-employment tax. To get rid of the error, don't enter anything on line 11. When the error comes up, delete the zero, or whatever is there, and leave the box empty.
