Question

In Step 2 of filing section, I am asked, "How would you like to pay your state taxes" but page does not give options and I cannot proceed to file. How can I solve this?

If I hit "continue" I get an error message "Please select an option" but the page does not have any options to select from. I have tried different browsers and tried signing out multiple times.
