The in store turbo tax allows two people to submit tax documents. Is this not available with online processing?

TurboTax Premier Online

When you use Turbotax Online version, you can prepare only one return per account/payment. This Turbotax help topic tells you how to start another return:

That is a fundamental difference between the Turbotax Online version, which you access through a web browser, and the CD/Desktop version which installs and runs on your home computer.
With the CD/Desktop version, you can prepare as many returns as you wish just for the price of the box.

Sorry No. Online is different. It is one return per account. But you can use the same email address for 5 accounts. To do another return you have to set up a new account and new user name and pay any fees again. And there are other differences too. Actually the Desktop installed program can do unlimited returns and efile 5 for free.
