In the last like 5 mins, I've repeated my request to the chat like 7 times to chat with an expert and it won't direct me to 1, how do I chat w someone who can help me?!

Its like its programmed to ignore my request to speak with someone over and over again, then talks about phone numbers and e-mails and ignores my request. This is unacceptable.

The experts are not available now since the online versions are not currently available ... so either call TT support or post a question here.

Depending on how busy the agents are it could take 15 minutes or longer to get a response. Seven requests in five minutes will not make it go any faster.

It doesn't put me in any Queue, nor does it give me any direct contact information and everytime I keep asking to speak with a person or a "specailist" it goes through the exact same spiel.
