In the name of transparency and full disclosure do Trust Beneficiaries have the right to see the 1041 after it’s filed?

That would depend on the laws in your state. However, you can order a copy of a tax return from the IRS by using Form 4506.

I live in Florida. I read somewhere on the internet in Florida it’s not required. I can ask my father’s Trust lawyer to be sure. I have nothing to hide and if the beneficiaries can get a copy anyways by filling out form 4506 I am not sure what difference that if makes.
