in the review,car and truck expenses worksheet says the depr allowed too large, but it wont let me change it. fields are grey and i cannot change. advisor could not help

on phone with advisor from turbo tax for 1 1/2 hrs. she could not figure it out. we got disconnected and now they are closed. I do not know what to do to get this done.
