Question

In trying to select the vehicle I used for self-employed work, there are only two radio buttons and both say "undefined". I have input this info before. How to continue?

The Turbotax self-employed question I am viewing is: "Which vehicle did you track in QuickBooks Self-Employed for your Handmade goods sales work?" The two radio buttons beneath are undefined and undefined. One SHOULD be a Subaru and the other SHOULD be a Honda, but the Subaru is older and is now out of service. Can someone advise what order multiple vehicles are usually listed (oldest vehicle on bottom, most recently used on top, etc) so that I can get past this programming/web user interface hurdle? Thanks.

If you are using TurboTax Online, the most likely reason for buttons that don't work or not being able to enter information is that something in the web browser is not displaying the page properly.  The easiest way around this is to simply use a different web browser.  You can select from Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, and more.   If you need to install another browser, be sure to go to the trusted home site for the software, for security reasons. Or you can clear the cache and cookies in your current browser.  Click this link for a TurboTax Help Article Clear cache and cookies

If you are using the Turbo Mobile App, then try opening Turbo Tax in the browser window on your phone.  It will use the same login information but may display the page better.

If both of the vehicles are listed in your return and you select the first button, it should have pulled in the information from last year, so you can see which one is the Honda and which is the Subaru. However, if one page is not displaying properly, others might have issues as well, so it would be better not to have to work around this radio button behavior.
