my question is: Whats the difference between supplemental Refund

and Income Tax.?

Those who paid taxes on 2020 unemployment benefits can expect a “supplemental” refund in September 2021. IRS is recalculating those tax returns to generate a supplemental refund. Your income tax refund is the refund amount that was calculated on your actual tax return.
