Incorrect Address on 1099-SA form - how to correct before filing?

My husband and I moved to a different address in a different state in 2015. We both recently received our separate 1099-SA forms, but both had our former address listed. How do we go about correcting the address on this form prior to filing?

You don't need to correct it.  If they have the corrects SSNs and you enter the amounts into TurboTax, you're fine.
