Incorrect Info on TurboTax Account

Hey guys, really hoping I can get some help—I've tried everything.

Background: Last year, I had to file an amended federal return for 2018,  and the IRS still hasn't given me my refund.

Issue: Filing for 2019, Turbotax assumes that I received a totally different (much higher) amount from the IRS than I actually did, and I don't know how to change it. I can prove the amount TurboTax has is wrong with bank statements, but I can't seem to get in touch with a person that works for TurboTax. Is it because my version is free? Who can I speak to about changing this incorrect information? Any advice is appreciated!

What exactly are you having a problem with on your 2019 tax return?

The 2018 federal tax refund you received is not relevant since it is not entered on a federal tax return.

Are you referring to the 2018 AGI that has to be entered so that you can e-file the 2019 tax return?  If so, the 2018 AGI is from the original 2018 tax return that was filed, not the amended 2018 tax return.

The 2018 AGI is on the 2018 Federal tax return you filed Form 1040 Line 7
