My Social Security Number on my W-2 Form is incorrect. I have contacted my employer several times to no avail. However, I was told that a new corrected copy would get to me by the end of the week. Also, I was told I can use a Form 4852 in lieu to correct the W-2 . I am unfamiliar on how to complete this form and your assistance will be helpful.
