Incorrectly charged for "Live Assisted"

Have used Online Premier in the past and tried to use it again this year (2023) but was charged twice as much at checkout for "Live Assisted Premium" even though I did not select this option and did not receive any help while completing my return. I also did not need any new forms that I did not use last time (actually my return was simpler than last year due to taking the standard deduction). There did not appear to be a way to opt out of this product at checkout short of restarting my return from scratch. How do I obtain a refund for this incorrect charge above the value of the product that I actually used? Why does TurboTax try to trick users into using more expensive products by repeatedly requiring them to actively opt out of paying for those products while completing the return? This treatment as made me feel like I was scammed.
