IND-183-01 - return rejected - no way to fix the IP PIN

My return got rejected twice because of an incorrect IP Pin for my spouse. I've grabbed her pin from the irs.gov site and tried to enter the 6 digits on the appropriate form (using EasySteps and plain forms) but the form field only accepts 5 digits.

What am I missing? Any advice?

The 5-digit field is for an e-filing PIN, not an IP PIN. To enter the IP PIN in the Step-by-Step interview, type "ip pin" (without the quotes) in the Search box, then click the link that says "Go to ip pin."
