IND-517-02 code and everything is correct??

I filed my taxes and got this error. After research and looking at my son's return, he did in fact check that someone else can claim him as a dependent. His social sec number is correct on both returns. How do I fix this?

That reject code does indicate that the social security number was already claimed in filing. This could result from the taxpayer claiming themselves, or another taxpayer claiming the individual, which could either be another parent or, in some cases, identity theft.
