i would like to file the injured spouse allocation form but I don’t have W2 form or W2g form. Can I still file and send without those forms.

I juste would Like to know what I have to include as a document with my 8379 form.
Since we don’t have W2’s while living outside the US. thanks

If filing the form after you filed your return attach a copy of your return and any W-2 or 1099 forms or Schedule C forms that you have.
