Instead of getting the $60 turbo tax delux online, it is charging me $120...do I need a code...

You are posting from the more expensive TurboTax Deluxe Live--which included live help from a CPA.  Do you want this?

I found that if I reentered TurboTax to restart my purchase process that it held in memory my prior purchase attempt.  When purchasing, I had to click X to delete both purchases and begin again.

If you type chat into the search window, there should be a link to have a representative call you back (my wait time was less than 5 minutes, but I'm unsure if that is usual).

If support fails, your bank may be able to cancel the charges for you to begin again.  But, reaching support first would likely be best.
