Intuit trying to verify my phone number, not working and can't get past that point to file!

I live in Vietnam, system won't accept my number here. So I put in my Skype number. When they try to verify it, nothing happens both phone call or SMS. Don't know why. No options at all to verify by email or call me on my Vietnamese cell phone. I cannot get past that point to file my taxes and there's seemingly no way to talk to anyone or get this fixed?? Help!

Add a US phone number for the Turbo Tax profile. You need to click Intuit Account in the lower left of the Turbo Tax page and enter a U. S. phone number and then your password and save it. I don't even think it needs to be a valid phone number because when you go to file the return, it gives you an option to get email updates and/or text messages. Just make up a U. S. number if needed and don't check the box saying you want text messages and you should be able to get the taxes filed.

Thanks, but that didn't help as it was already setup that way. But, after I did that (checked it all), I clicked on Documents to see what that was. And then again, they needed to verify my **bleep** number. But this time, it was Intuit doing it instead of TurboTax or something because the call went through (auto transfers to my Vietnamese number) and I verified it. Went back into Turbotax and it went right to the filing phase. Cheers!
