WHERE DO I FIND??

It's more than a little overwhelming. I did not get mail with an IP PIN in it, and I need it. So, where do I get one (asap highly preferably)? I heard something about calling a building. Will that take too long? If there's a way to get it online that would be very helpful.

The IP Pin will change each and every year. This is an Identity Protection Pin.

You can get an Identity Protection pin here, or if you lost your IP PIN, you can go here to Retrieve IP PIN.

I just did this, log into IRS.gov and you can either log into your account or create an account to get the pin.  Either way once you are in your account click on profile, scroll down to where it has Identity Pin where you can either retrieve your pin or fill out the form to get one.
