In correcting an error in the fee charged to handle an IRA mutual fund, the fund managers made an error which they corrected.  A check for $25.18 was distributed to me at the end of 2019 but no 1099-R.  Since this is income to me as a result of an IRA distribution to me (I'm in retirement), how do I use TurboTax to include the income when there is no 1099-R.  The fund will not issue a 1099-R and they have failed to provide me their payer ID.

was this was a reimbursement of fees you paid personally for the iRA. if so, it's not taxable unless you got a tax deduction for the year you paid them.

if these fees were paid out of the IRA a/c the fees should have gone back int the IRA account.

for the amount involved, just list it as misc income. schedule 1 line 8
