Does the IRS have an email address???
I owed them $758.11 for 2023 that I had a payment for that goes to 08/24/25. However I put a payment through yesterday for $85, and my 2024 refund posted today for $294.36. However it was supposed to be $1054 but since I owed them $758.11, they took THAT out of my refund, despite the fact the $758.11 - 85 = $673.11, so now they owe me that $85!!! since it didn't clear their bank side yet.
How can I get a quick resolution for this???
