My tax return was approved by turbotax on 1/27/2020 but the irs still has not approved it today 2/26/2020. What do i do?

While most tax returns are approved for a refund within approximately three weeks, that is just an average. Returns with certain credits, particularly child tax credits and earned income credits can be subject to additional review.
