Irs said my refund was deposited into yoir bank and i never recieved it

Good afternoon I would like to find out how I can get my refund your bank has had since 2021. I have all the account information where they deposited it but I have no access to the email that account was registered under and I can't recover it

If you click on their link, there is a telephone number for existing customers. It could not hurt to try that direction first, if your SSN is not being recognized. It would be hoped your case has not closed in their records and may warrant you trying to speak to them verbally if they provide that ability.
