Is anyone else experiencing trouble downloading the new updates by getting a "Windows Installer Error"?

I can't even get it to update manually. it just shuts down.

Same issue? I've installed the software from the CD as I have for all the previous years on the same PC.

I launch the software and it goes out to do the updates. Here is where it fails and then the app closes.

The error message reads : "Failed to download update , The data was truncated while converting from one data type to another"

This issue would be best resolved by contacting customer support.
