Is anyone else having issue filing state tax return saying it still needs reviewing ?

Most states have forms which are not ready yet. That is, just because a state form is available at the state website, this does not mean that the state forms are available in TurboTax, because TurboTax has to code the electronic versions of the forms, get them approved by the states, create all the code to put the correct tax data on the forms, and fully test the forms both by themselves and for the interactions with other forms.

Please see this link (Form Availability) to check on the expected availability of state and federal forms. Please understand that these dates are estimates and are subject to change. You should not try to file your return with forms that are not available yet.
