Question

Is anyone else having problems with the website? I can get a couple of pages in were it shows my past info and then when I click on "Let's keep going" I'm kicked off.

I have tried on 2 different devices and I've tried using both wifi and data and I always get the same results.

There are a couple of things that you can try:

  • Try closing out of TurboTax and clear your cache and delete cookies. Then sign back into your TurboTax account.
  • If that does not work, try a different browser.
  • Try closing and completing logging out of TurboTax

  • Compete a  disk cleanup,

  • Restart your computer.

I'm having the same issue. 2 different devices  and it kicks me out on the app as well as the regular web site
