Question

Is anyone else having trouble E filing the 2022 tax return even when the AGI from 2021 is correct?

My Efile submission keeps getting rejected as they state my AGI is not correct, but it is correct and actually it was transferred from my 2021 return.

Try a zero for the AGI.

Any late-filed tax returns...or those mail-filed may not be in the IRS's e-file system....then a zero usually works

______

Also, if you did successfully e-file last year, it must be the original AGI, and not the AGI from an amended tax return.

_______

Other than that.??  You might end up having to print and mail file.

Usually, no penalty for late filing if you have a refund...so keep working on it.
