Is anyone else having trouble filing form IT RC in Ohio?

TurboTax is not filling out the correct form, it seems that they have an outdated form in their software as when I file with Ohio, it comes back stating that "The Resident credit multiple does not equal the Line 1 divided by Line 3 of the IT RC. Please correct and restransmit."

This makes sense as the new form has 8 lines and the old form has 2 lines...So it does seem that TurboTax has the outdate 2020 version of form IT RC for Ohio.

The correct form is in the program. There is another issue. It is between the schedule of credits and the IT RC, 2 separate forms.

In the online version, to see all of your forms, you will need to:

look on the left sidebar,
select tools
select print center
select pay now - if you haven't yet
Select Print, save or preview this year's return

This will help with your credit, Income - Ohio Residency and Residency Credits.
