Question

Is anyone else having trouble importing their W-2 date? I've deleted my employer's info, manually added it, deleted the entire thing & started from scratch.

The TurboTax rep told me to use Google Chrome or Firefox because Explorer & Edge aren't compatible. I've tried Google Chrome & it still won't file electronically

There may be an issue on the employer's end who issued the W-2.  If you have already tried a different browser, I would go ahead and enter the W2 manually to proceed.
