Is anyone else not able to type in any of the boxes and when you try the app freezes?

That's pretty rare.

 

1) Log out, then Try a different browser?   

2) Reboot your computer and make sure that the Online TTX/browser session is the only thing running while working on your file?

or

3) Check the virus security settings....if set to be really aggressive, that might cause a problem
