Is anyone having an issue with the property tax credit section for state returns? The system is saying we are hitting a slight snag & won't allow us to go further.

Give these fixing tricks a try:

If you are using TurboTax Online try these options

• Check ‌your browser's settings. (Clear your Cache and Cookies)
• Check on your internet connection
• Try using a different web browser

If you are using TurboTax Desktop

• Make sure the software is updated. 
• If you haven't rebooted your computer, please do
• Check your firewall and antivirus settings. Make sure they aren't blocking any feature of the software.
