Question

Is anyone having trouble filing free service? When I go to file and click start I get a blank screen. To - chat with someone they are saying I have to upgrade $30 ???

A blank screen usually indicates a web browser issue.  Sign off of your TurboTax account.

Clear cache and cookies from your web browser.  Close the web browser.  Relaunch the web browser.

Sign back onto your TurboTax account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Go back through the File section of the program.

If the problem persists, change your web browser to either Chrome or Firefox.
