Is Form 3800 (General business credit) required with Federal filing this year?

I went through the 'General Business Credit' section and didn't have any for 2024, so TT said, 'Your general business credit is zero,' and thus, Form 3800 wasn't generated.

However, before the most recent TT program upgrade on 3/6, Form 3800 was generated even though the general business credit was zero.

I just wanted to confirm whether Form 3800 is required this year even no general business credit is claimed?

Thanks!

No, it isn't necessary to file Form 3800 with your return unless you have any General Business Credit items to report.
