@ fromdennisj  asked:  "Is Intuit Turbo Tax interested that someone fraudulently used my bank account information to pay for their Turbo Tax service?"

This is mainly a user community forum--not a direct route to TurboTax Support, but we can tell you how to reach them.  We don't know what you are referring to, but I'll mention a possibility first.   It may or may not have anything to do with your situation, but it could explain what you are seeing.   However, if it's not your situation, then you can just ignore this next paragraph.

Do you see a debit from Intuit/TurboTax in your bank account?

Did you use TurboTax to prepare a 2020 return, and did you choose to pay the TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund?  And if so, has your Federal refund been delayed at the IRS for several weeks?  If so, TurboTax would want to be paid for the fees and would start sending you emails to pay the bill, or else if unpaid they would debit your bank account.   If it still goes unpaid, then they finally auto-debit the bank account.

If that's not your situation, then that paragraph won't apply to you.

Otherwise, if that's not it, then the folks at TurboTax would probably like to know about what you are experiencing and would likely need to question you.

Hours are currently 5AM-5PM Pacific (8AM-8PM Eastern) Monday-Saturday.
