IS IT CORRECT TO LIST THE UBER AND LYFT PLATFORM FEES,SERVICE FEES,AIRPORT FEES,SPLIT SHARE FEES,BOOKING FEES UNDER TAXES AND LICENSES

It would make more sense to list those fees under Other Miscellaneous Expenses where you can enter a description and an amount. 

They don't exactly fit one of the expense categories that are listed.  Either way, the end result will be the same if you did enter it them in Taxes and Licenses.
