Question

Is it hard for me to file my taxes in America if I now live and work in Australia? I have dual citizenship, and moved back to Australia in Feb 2019

No, it is no different than if you were in the US.  So long as you have internet access you should not notice any difference.  This link Can I e-file with a foreign address?  has information that you may find helpful.
