Is it possible that my W2 is incorrect if it says Box 12 Code G but I don't have a 457? I have a RHSP from ICMA because I work for local government.

Either you are mistaken about having made elective deferrals to a 457(b) or the W-2 needs to be corrected. Local governments often have 457(b) plans.
