No.  The 2022 TurboTax program is a separate program.  The TurboTax online editions are only for tax year 2023

A 2022 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed using TurboTax.

It depends on what you mean by "along with 2023".

As DoninGA points out, the Online program is for 2023 only. You have to use 2022 tax software to do your 2022 tax return and include only 2022 W-2s and 1099s.
