Is it possible to update previous year data in a current year windows file (eg update '23 data in the '24 windows application once you are halfway through completing '24

You can import at being of process. Can you update the previous year data once you are doing the current year.

No. Your only option is to start over -- transfer your previous year return into a new current year tax file.
