Yes it is too late. If you are getting a refund then there is no penalty for filing after the deadline. If you owe tax due then your late filing penalties and interest will be starting to add up, These will not be calculated by TurboTax. The IRS/state will bill you for any interest or penalties after they receive your return and payment for tax due as shown on your tax return.
