Yes, the very convoluted new system  based on age, standard deduction allowed and federal taxability of all incomes, depending on your age and income, income may be exempt, partially or not at all - is in the program.

When did turbo tax get updated, we used the program in early February.  We also tried to do an amended return a couple of days ago, and nothing changed, my wife was born in 1960, and we saw nothing of this massive savings advertised by our Govenor.  My wife worked for west bloomfield parks and recreation as a transportation coordinator.

According to the MI FAQ here, "Those born in 1959 and after do not get the deduction for tax year 2023."
