We did a lot of estate planning this year and our attorney said that because 25% of this time was spent on tax advice that we could deduct it from our taxes but I can't find where to deduct it in TURBO TAX.

No.  Miscellaneous deductions that used to be subject to the 2% floor have been eliminated by the new tax law.  Your estate planning is not deductible on your 2018 federal return.
