Unfortunately, we are unable to access your account in the public forum. You can check and see if you have a TurboTax account by logging in

 

You will need to make sure you are using the exact same user ID you used to create the account. If you are having trouble logging into TurboTax please visit our account recovery page. You will need to provide either your phone number (recommended), email address, or User ID.
