I did not complete my return before the Oct 16th Deadline. Is it still saved on turbotax.com?

The TurboTax 2015 online editions were shut down after November 15 to make way for the 2016 online editions.

Access to the 2015 tax returns that were started using the online editions will probably be available during the first full week of December after the 2016 online editions are released.

So there's nothing I can do to finish my return right now except for start over?

You can sign into your account and download the tax file. It will end in .tax2015. Then you can open it in the Desktop installed program to continue so you don't have to start over.
