Is my stimulus status "not available" as a result of using TurboTax? If so, is there a way to contact them without paying a fee?

Based on both my 2018 and 2019 taxes, I should qualify for the full stimulus check. I have heard that using a company such as TurboTax is the reason why many people are receiving a "not available" status. Is there a way to communicate with TurboTax that this issue has not been resolved without paying their fee to speak with an expert?

Your Payment status is not available because the IRS has not yet come around to processing your stimulus payment.
