Usually at least a preliminary version of the forms for California are available by now...
I saw at least one chart that said that they would be available early in November, and then another one that said 11/21/2017.  Now all of the charts seem to have been taken down...  This is not instilling confidence.  It would be nice to be able to see an updated table or some reason why it might be taking longer than expected.
